$SUGP If the offering has taken place, the new shares will be issued at once. Does this mean that trading of the new shares will start at the same time for all shares? There will be quite a lot of stuff coming to the market in an instant :o I'm not really worried about it myself, because the new shares have already been priced at over
$6, which is the level of what the share price is now. What's more worrying is that the management has sold so many shares that it would correspond to about half of the number of shares locked??!! Can this be true??!
