$STAF 3 weeks ago they notified internal employees, deployed temps, and clients that they could not make payroll due to their lender’s unwillingness to extend anymore credit. They paid no one for 2 weeks, until they were acquired by Noor staffing. There was massive client and internal staff attrition. If you read the provisions of the Atlantic merger agreement, that were breached, it’s pretty obvious what had happened.
