$SSK The big deal here is bigger than this ETFs ticker, it's how this ETF even made it here, because it was a fucking genius way to do it AND include a staking component (sort of)
SSK didn’t settle for a plain-vanilla Solana tracker. It slapped on a 7.3% staking yield, stuffed itself into a rare 1940 Act C-corp wrapper, and dodged the SEC’s slow-motion gauntlet by routing 40% of the portfolio through offshore SOL products via a Cayman sub.
In other words, SSK jumped the regulatory queue and handed investors actual staking rewards
