Effective February 9, 2026, Mike Mulica, executive chairman of DNA X, Inc. (formerly Sonim Technologies, Inc.), was appointed as the Company’s acting chief executive officer and designated as the Company’s principal executive officer.
Things are moving along here, kind of a given move considering the transition that’s been underway.
Mike’s name shows up multiple times in the DD article I posted earlier. I’ll repost it here for anyone who wants a refresher on the work @TheAlphaCompass did. As always, do your own DD. I personally see structural similarities to what was laid out in that article, not necessarily the exact outcome.
That said, I do think this setup has the potential to lead to a sizable retail narrative event at some point.
