$SONM I dislike how much cash was used but appreciate the cleaner shell. DNA X AI people doubled down and removed the put option for June 30. This is now not a floor of cash safety net anymore but one of DNA X and shareholder goals align with equity appreciation. $SONM 10Q due in a little over 24hrs. As a shell guy these are the top 3 points I like to look over. 1. Ending cash on hand March 31: Why I view this close to the floor? As they have sold all the revenue assets, shareholders have more rights than normal over management. The "Revlon Duties Case" really puts a timeframe of time for management to get things done... They cant just pay salaries indefinitely. Note we are not there yet, but is always a thing I look at. If we are in the same spot for 2 quarter 10Q this will be a much larger factor. 2. Risk factors: there are normally telling factors in here that point the directions on where we go. 3. Burn rate: I put less importance on this and would be hard to figure out as the sale happened in this Q. Still this relates to point number 1.

$SONM 10q due Friday, Q1 is the last Q they can show meaningful revenue from operations, it’ll also show a nice gain from the asset sale. I expect the Q to be delayed till the week after, but as we have seen Clay (CFO) has met every compliance deadline. Things should start to happen before June 30th. 2.5% holder now

$SONM so we fired our last auditor because it lacked the skills/knowledge for M&A and shell companies. Now our now auditor TAAD has this on their website: “we can bring our key group of business contacts to assist you with raising capital, private equity, public shell company due diligence, tax minimization, audit preparation, part time and full-time staff augmentation, bookkeeping, chief financial officer/controller services, and business valuation.” Oh and if you dig a little you see a relationship with Chardan. Who will fill it can be up for debate 2%+ plus owner here.
