$SONM Not worried here, know some people who bought the dip. Nothing fundamentally has changed for the shell since we learned the injection of capital at $6. Only thing that has changed is a possible asset that’s been eliminated from happening. Still a great shell and I own 2.75% of this. I’m fine if this remains a shell till the market swings back.

$SONM QMLS S1 going effective now clearest indication that merger is unlikely. This could still be the ultimate bluff and a merger could yet happen but the path there will be messy. Bissell & Adderhold, who own more than 10% of QMLS and will be the only ones locked up for six months, have been well and truly duped by whoever convinced them that this is the best path to go public. No undewriter and price discovery will give them a rude awakening as over 20 million shares get dumped on Day 1. $300 million projected ARR with a going concern is pie in the sky and whoever reads the prospectus will know it. Imagine spending 7 years building a company only to become exit liquidity for all your sub 10% investors. Truly retarded behaviour worthy of posting on wallstreetbets. Very off brand for Chardan as well - over 700 transactions and this will be their first direct listing. SONM should still print either way. DNA share purchase at $6 premium suggests insider info of imminent upside.

$SONM Horse owning, breeding, maintaining, showing, is a very expensive hobby, pastime, lifestyle etc. Think Arab Sheikhs. This ticker is nothing more than a slush fund for Clayton and Karilyn Crolius. A personal piggy bank hidden inside of a make believe business.

$SONM nice we about to get a Nasdaq green light on the listing requirements. Funny enough when this was a shit co. In 2020 I made money on this when they got the same news. I will be holding through this time 😂. This is no longer zero or hero. Back to wait for the pump… The pump will probably be near the AGM as how the F$&k are you gonna expect me or any sane investor to approve your 2.5 million shares without me being up money.
