$SNFI I guess we are in the dark here still as to what this company does? Anyone? How can a man be a CEO and earn $450K a year and no one knows what the hell he does? Man, I am jealous. Why didn't I get a gig like this somewhere?

$SNFI https://www.nurideinc.com/node/9901/html What do you all think this CEO actually does? Do they actually have a company? If so, doing what? Yet here he is getting a raise and a fat bonus today. Meanwhile we keep getting nothing and the only ones who have ever made money with this company are the executives. I guess it is good to be the king huh.....

$SNFI Need lawsuit money to come in and move past that legacy drama and then lots of options imo. Startup incubator would be cool and could still benefit from the losses SNFI is sitting on. Market cap increases and then bigger fish may want to capitalize on the aforementioned losses too. Really nowhere to go but up since we are so close to the bottom. #shrug

$SNFI I think all we can hope for is the board issues 500 million more of those authorized shares. The net operating loss isn’t any use to us if there’s no income to offset. IRS dictates that if a company acquired us to use the NOL they could only write off a percentage of what we are worth at the time we are acquired. Based on our market cap right now, 25 million, a company that acquired us could only write off a little under 4% of that value per year, which comes out to around $950,000 per year. So it would take over 1000 years to get the value of the NOL that way. We aren’t valuable in terms of an acquisition for the losses. Best case scenario, we become a holding company that buys a whole bunch of businesses.

$SNFI E-Trade has updated the ticker (NRDE —> SNFI)…and it’s at 0.25 per share. Hopefully that’s just a mistake that will be corrected soon. Currently showing -85% on the day.

$SNFI I like the direction that they are going with their Lordstown motors left overs. They have 1 billion in tax writeoffs so purchasing small money makers is a great plan. Yes they can writeoff up to a billion dollars and their is no time limit to use. As long as they purchase money makers they can writeoff the losses. That would be profits. So they can purchase small companies and build their profits with writeoffs. They can take any settlement money from Foxconn and buy other small companies as well. A holding company with 1 billion in tax writeoffs. And less then 20 million shares outstanding can be a great long term investment.
