$SMERY Morgan Stanley: We like Siemens Energy because (1) Gas turbine pricing is still growing and we do not yet see signs of moderating for some of the engine companies this fiscal year. This underpins our confidence on our EBITA forecasts out to 2030, given SE is already largely booked out through 2029. Slot reservations also indicate that pricing on new orders will still be rising on firm orders in the next 6-12mths, and these orders with higher prices will make up 2030 deliveries. (2) We think the risk reward is still skewed positively into year end. We think the shares could have a run-up towards our €200 PT into fiscal year end around the new targets issued on 11 November. The new targets are the key catalyst this year, and we think will trigger further consensus upgrades. (3) De-escalation in the Middle East should help the relative valuation of Siemens Energy versus GEV in the near-term, given the val. gap driven by concerns around SE's relatively higher Mid. East exposure.
