$SLAB The only reason it went up was because TXN "might" be buying it @ $231 per share. Key word Might. Are you going to hold this chit till 2027? Seriously. And then the deal falls through? You should have at least waited till the end of 2026 but these a holes that pump this chit then sell and leave alll you baggies... Live and Learn.

$SLAB Based on their latest financial results for the full year 2025, Silicon Labs (NASDAQ: SLAB) is experiencing mixed profitability. While they reported 34% year-over-year revenue growth to $785 million, the company reported a GAAP net loss for the year, with a net loss of $2.7 million reported in the fourth quarter. Bottom line. Losing money

$SLAB TXN is rocking. $250 minimum by year end. Bet you bag holders wish you had not bought this. It loses money and pays no dividends. If you bought for the prospect of TXN buying it, IMO you should have bought TXN. The deal may not even go through or may not be approved.

$SLAB POS. you should have sold this turd and bought TXN when it was under 200.00. You could have more shares and quarterly dividends as well as the price increase to $250 by the end of the year. The sale of this POS is not a done deal to begin with and if it does happen it is a year or more from now. What kind of sane investor would buy this POS that is losing money and just ran up by people that were chumped and not bag holders. Make no sense. 💩🤣😵‍💫

$SLAB Makes no sense this turd is trading at a price higher than $TXN that pays dividends and makes substantial profit. Market is being controlled by MM churning accounts IMO and a good time to buy into real stocks that pay a good dividend. I don't sweat the dips because I know TXN will be $250 min by end of year if not much sooner. That is my opinion and I stand by it The only reason this ran up was talk of TXN buying it in 2027 which at thihs point is just that. Talks. Nothing has been approved and won't be this year more than likely.

Possibilities: 1. ZIM can realistically hit $35 before pulling back to 32$ range tomorrow (for sure there will be a lot of sell orders at that price, taking profits) 2. will stay at the 32$ (+/-0.5$). 3. a squeeze beyond 35$ & then fall back to 32$ - 35$ I would like to refer to one recent example: $SLAB, which got acquired by $TXN at 231$/share but the deal has not closed yet. Since the news was announced, the price has stayed constant at 207$. Around 12% less than the acquisition price. But SLAB had low short pressure unlike ZIM! If ZIM follows SLAB's behavior, I suppose the price of $ZIM will stay around 31.5$/share after the market opens tomorrow, around 10% less than the actual acquisition price because the deal is not closed yet. Deal Closing targeted for late 2026. Short Squeeze Potential: A squeeze remains plausible: ZIM's short interest is ~13.3% of float (~15.9M shares), with 5 days-to-cover at avg. volume - enough for forced covering if momentum builds above 35$

$SLAB I have Schwab and they don't rate this nor do many others from what I see. Recent Performance: As of February 2026, Silicon Labs has been operating with negative trailing twelve-month (TTM) earnings, reporting a net loss of approximately $64.91 million. This buyout attempt is not till 2027. Don't listen to those pumping this. They just want you to run it up so they can sell and then buy back when others freak and sell. That is my opinion. As a seasoned Stock investor. I stand by it.

$SLAB You guys betting on the $231 per share IF the buyout is approved and goes through. Seriously? That is sometime in 2027. Dump this chit for now. You are betting on something a year from now or more. And it was never worth more than around $150. You can be sure it will see this again soon.

Semis just printed a monster number — are you positioned for it? 🚀 $ADI, $SLAB, $TSM and $ASML are front and center as semiconductor sales hit $791.7B in 2025, up 25.6%, fueled by AI-driven demand and soaring logic and memory growth. That’s not noise — that’s structural momentum building across the space. If AI demand keeps driving this kind of sales acceleration, these names deserve a hard look. $SLAB - Silicon Laboratories Inc - 10K - Updated Risk Factors SLAB’s risk profile now leans heavily on merger execution and related litigation, expanded cyber/AI and geopolitical threats, sharper warnings on third‑party manufacturing, global supply chains, tariffs and component shortages, plus heightened competition, distributor concentration, liquidity/credit and anti‑takeover constraints that could amplify earnings and stock volatility. #SemiconductorIndustry #SupplyChainChallenges #GeopoliticalRisk #CybersecurityThreats #MergerExecutionRisk 🟢 Added 🟠 Removed https://dev.d-risk.ai/SLAB/10-K/2026-02-10

$SLAB TXN is going to pay $231 per share. In 2027 if it is approved. And you fools are buying up at at $206.50? Are you going to hold it fora year to make $25 a share? Seriously. If those of you are buying and chasing the run up, you are more than likely gonna get butt hurt when this thing goes back down to around 150-175. Mark my words. This pays no dividends and at this point buying at these prices is a hold till 2027 and hope the sale goes through, or it will be a big tank when it falls. Bottome line, unless you got in the run up when it was announded, you really need to think it out before buying anymore or hanging on. It will tank between now and 2027 to well under 200. That is my opinion, Take it or leave it. I am a TXN investor and have been for years. Current dividend was $1.42 and I am sure it will continue to go up each year. Welcome to TXN if the sale goes through. It is NOT a done deal though.
