Horizon Managed Risk ETF (SFTY)

The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by utilizing two primary strategies the Equity Strategy, and the Risk Assist® Strategy. The fund’s Equity Strategy invests primarily in equity securities, including common stocks of U.S. companies and Real Estate Investment Trusts (“REITs”), and American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”).
