$SEV I have been following this company since 2021. The co ceo's Are very tenacious people and believe in this project. I was an accelerator and thought I could loose my money over financing a couple of times. My car will be available in the low 700's. Actually being an accelerator didn't work out well when the company went public my share cost was 31.50. When they did their first financing the stock dropped to 1.50 I loaded the boat my share cost now is under 2.00 dollars.
Now there is light at the end of the tunnel. Their getting financed in an orderly manner through the market.
As of May 8 they have 24,627,694 shares
They just sold 2,888,000 for 5.7 million
New warrants 4,320,000 shares at 2.25 9,000.00
That puts them at 31,835,694 shares
I figure they need 30 million dollars for low volume production
At 2.00 dollars 15 million shares.
total at 47 million shares.
Everybody cries about dilution, been following stocks for many years 47 million shares is tiny for this type of company!
