$SDOT A few 2000 share one minute candles popping up here but Time and Sales says differently. I think this is being heavily controlled by MMs right now.
I think the 250 million shares that were authorized will be used by the creditors to reclaim their debts in a slow deliberate way to prevent this stock from falling back below
$1. My take is they will wait until the Super 8-K drops, announcing a new direction for the company and start offloading them slowly to not crash the stock out.
We know how quickly this stock jumps with some volume. We hit
$13+ a few months back on some BS seed oil/tariff rumors - imagine the volume, momentum and hype of the transition would be into a biotech/food dye company in the era of MAHA and "there's poison in our food", etc.
