• Preliminary first half revenue reached approximately
$2.8 million against
$1.1 million a year earlier
• Approximately
$2.0 million of second quarter revenue was recognized following the Orange County Sanitation District Factory Acceptance Test, which positions the company to invoice approximately
$2.6 million in remaining contract billings
• The company received a
$4.8 million order from Olathe, Kansas, and deployed an AirSCWO mobile system to St. Cloud, Minnesota for a
$600,000 pilot project now in its third phase
• 374Water executed a memorandum of understanding with Arcadis to pursue federal PFAS destruction opportunities and completed a Department of Defense PFAS demonstration validated by independent results
Regarding the company's operating focus since his appointment, Danny Bogar, Chief Executive Officer of 374Water, stated: "Since I assumed the role of CEO earlier this year, our team has remained focused on alignment and execution.
