The strategy begins with Orlando and sets out three commercial horizons:
• NOW, Waste Destruction Services: Orlando is the first commercial hub and the first node in a federal hub-and-spoke strategy, previously forecast to have the potential for approximately
$3 million to
$5 million in annual revenue at targeted operating levels
• NEXT, regional infrastructure: over 16,000 US wastewater treatment facilities generate biosolids that are predominantly land-applied, landfilled or incinerated, and the company is targeting centralized facilities serving multiple treatment plants
• HORIZON, global replication: the company has targeted replicating the service model internationally through 374Water-owned facilities, licensing agreements, joint ventures and strategic partnerships

The Orlando revenue figures are the company's own forecast at targeted operating levels, and its expansion plan anticipates increasing capacity approximately 3 to 4 times with a target of
$10 million to
