$SBES there's something holding back the buyers here. Must be expensive legal fees to bring her back. I really don't think she's clean as per Daniel or this would have been sold already for
$25,000. I would think if it ends up in custodianship then it's a long shot too. Like I said, if I, for example, wanted to buy this I would definitely pay thousands to do a forensic audit to see if they're burying toxicity to pen a deal. You sign you lose in court.
Capital gains loss helps so not a complete loss.
Maybe call D or otcmarkets to see what other info is available like license renewals etc..Transfer Agent is still updating.
