$SBES I’m sitting on 10 million shares of this from like over five years ago — took a wild swing on rumors of some merger with I can’t even remember what now. It was obviously stupid and reckless, but it hurts to have lost that money. I see a lot of names from right around that time still on this board, and suspect others could be in the same or similar boats. While it’s nice to see recent chatter of this coming back around, I can only hope it’s actually rooted in some truth and not trolling for the sake of trolling. I have to imagine there’s better uses of time than kicking a few folks here who are down.

$SBES if your broker halted trading in otc stocks I suggest you contact the transfer agent asap and get your shares moved to another broker...just saying...just in case this one...

$SBES not great news but I’ve been bored and confirmed through email that Factsco is no longer associated with the company/management, new and old. He told me he hasn’t heard from anyone at all and does not have any contact info for John Harrison who is listed as legal counsel on otcmarkets. Not surprised but at least “they’re” probably cleaning house and not using the same old shady people Xu used. I don’t know what these people are doing but I sure hope they actually have something for this abomination haha I’ve also tried to email the listed Transfer Agent but never received anything back. About to pay the $20 on the Delaware icis site to see if there’s any info for the Soleil Pharma Inc avenue. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Whois site shows nothing new in regard to http://Soleilpharmainc.com info but no longer states anything about Sansur Renewable Energy.
