$SABR Significant decline since 2019: Sabre’s employee count dropped from about 9,250 in 2019 to 6,253 in 2024 — a reduction of roughly 32% over five years. NEED TO CONTINUE REDUCING HEADCOUNT AND IMPROVE EARNINGS! Cut out the Fat!!

$SABR board is highly qualified and has been largely refreshed over the last 18–24 months to replace the "Old Guard". It is one of the stronger boards you will find for a company with a $1.50 stock price - look the directors up!!! Additionally, the board and management are currently in a share purchase blackout period due to the refinancing of debt and will only be allowed to purchase company share again in Feb 2026 post Q4 earnings. The board and management have a modern compensation package that rewards FCF generation and company deleveraging & survival - they loose all their rewards in the company goes BK. Last but not least, follow the smart money and look at the "Golden Ticket" Bet forJanuary 15, 2027. This expiration date perfectly aligns with the timeline for a turnaround or sale, and the positioning here is aggressively bullish "All or Nothing" Total Open Contracts: ~17,825 Call vs. Put Split: 96.7% Calls / 3.3% Puts.

$HAIN was $49 just 4 years ago, now a dead penny stock... !! shitty management just earning paychecks ... no one lights a fire under their asses, so they aren't motivated to perform!!! Seen this movie many times... these legacy turds need to be wiped out .... Same story at $LESL , JCP, Sears, $SABR all went bust or the business simply died ..... $SABR The board have realized that Sabre Pay is a nugget and it should continue growing like weed and would likely be worth 1B by end of next year.... They will likely sell it and keep the payment integrations in place and pay off the 11% senior notes and bring net debt down to 2.5B ... Add to that the upcoming growth from a) Newly signed distribution business still not fully implemented b) airline IT to start growing again c) LCC marketplace new volumes d) corporate and travel growth next year e) cloud savings and we are easily back to at least $ 650M ebitda...The next phase of growth will come from airline IT, only 26% have started transitioning to offer and order so the next five years airlines will have to considerably increase their tech spend to not be left behind by those first mover airlines like virjin Australia.

$SABR if you look at 20-day and 50-day , both are in decline since early 2023 .... that obviously drags the 200-DMA lower as well .... it will take 6-9-12 months of sustained turnaround for 20-day to perk up, keep going , crossover and drag the other 2 MAs up ..... but what will be the catalyst?? \\ too risky and improbable, best avoided for now ..... cheers //

$SABR some big fund is slowly getting out ... controlled exit .... better than outright dump ...... SABR needs to address that 3.5 B net debt sometime, till then equity is screwed ... ..

$SABR is well-positioned to capitalize on several growth drivers in the evolving global travel ecosystem, particularly through AI innovation, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. Financially, Sabre projects 9% adjusted EBITDA growth to $530M for 2025, with high single-digit revenue increases and positive free cash flow in future years, fueled by these initiatives. There are; however, challenges too.

$SABR trading at $2 while $AAL at $15. Despite Travel sector play, SABR showing 22% below average volume with AAL slightly better at -3%. Is the subdued volume signaling caution in the travel sector?
