$RITM If we spin off NewRez, then those of us who want the REIT can keep it thru spin off shares.......and those who want to try to get growth can keep RITM shares. Or some of us would probably chose to keep both. The way it is now, like @ProfitConfucius has said....if RITM goes C Corp to not be a REIT, NewRez, which is the REIT will be drug down with the ship because all them tute holders are here for the didvidend, you take the dividend away and you lose them shareholders. Logical answer is spin off NewRez, maybe by acquiring all of
$RPT....AND spin NewRez/Caliber into
$RPT . Give us shareholders New Rez, which RITM would still control and shares worth

$10 a share and keep our tutes......and then RITM can prove itself as an asset manager without punishing us all. We fkn own NewRez, Sculptor,
$PGRE, Crestline and Genesis and all the rest. Separate us, and let us make the choice which we want to own!! I personally would own them both.
