$ROLR and this is why it’s headed to the Supreme Court. Legal gamesmanship at its finest. You have already admitted there have been two different interpretations. The bottom line is this: it is an entirely IRRELEVANT CONSIDERATION and thus a FAILURE AT LAW to consider STATE gambling laws when the FEDERAL legislation is CLEAR. I’m blocking this porky loig account as well. My life was much more peaceful and intelligent without seeing his incessant stupidity.

Statutory Interpretation is Not "Usurpation" Both the 3rd and 9th Circuits are actively attempting to interpret the text of a law passed by the legislative branch—specifically, the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA) as amended by the 2010 Dodd-Frank Act. The 3rd Circuit interpreted the broad statutory definition of "swaps" to include sports and event contracts, meaning federal Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) rules override state laws. The 9th Circuit unanimously ruled that Congress did not intend to upend decades of traditional state gambling laws through vague wording in a Wall Street reform bill. This is standard statutory interpretation, which is the exact constitutional duty of the judicial branch, not an encroachment on Congress. Read up on The Rise of the "Major Questions Doctrine"

$ROLR a brain dead take Some facts: 1. The Supreme Court will strike down the court of appeal judgment, it has to. The judiciary cannot usurp the legislative branch. This is rule of law 101. 2. The current ruling affects only sports, in the US. That’s a (big) fraction of the overall prediction market. 3. The industry/product will evolve anyway. 4. The only people against this stock are legacy players. Send them a fax telling them to F off. Btw, I think this is porky pig Mr Hamilton

No traditional investor bought into NVDA at $6 ever thinking it was going to $200. Similarly with Bitcoin in 2014. $ROLR This is DEAD MONEY until March 2027, when they report the Full Year. People may get all the info they need at that time to cut and run. It may even be dead AND DWINDLING until May 2027, at which time we will get a look at Q1-27, a full quarter of activity. I can't imagine the stampede to get out, before the roof caves in, should the Supreme Court rule unfavorably. I hope no one has invested more than they can afford to lose. Proceed with caution, this has been filled with disappointments thus far.

The bottom line is this: it is an entirely IRRELEVANT CONSIDERATION and thus a FAILURE AT LAW to consider STATE gambling laws when the FEDERAL legislation is CLEAR. Statutory Interpretation is Not "Usurpation" Both the 3rd and 9th Circuits are actively attempting to interpret the text of a law passed by the legislative branch—specifically, the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA) as amended by the 2010 Dodd-Frank Act. The 3rd Circuit interpreted the broad statutory definition of "swaps" to include sports and event contracts, meaning federal Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) rules override state laws. The 9th Circuit unanimously ruled that Congress did not intend to upend decades of traditional state gambling laws through vague wording in a Wall Street reform bill. This is standard statutory interpretation, which is the exact constitutional duty of the judicial branch, not an encroachment on Congress. Read up on The Rise of the "Major Questions Doctrine"

$ROLR a brain dead take Some facts: 1. The Supreme Court will strike down the court of appeal judgment, it has to. The judiciary cannot usurp the legislative branch. This is rule of law 101. 2. The current ruling affects only sports, in the US. That’s a (big) fraction of the overall prediction market. 3. The industry/product will evolve anyway. 4. No traditional investor bought into NVDA at $6 ever thinking it was going to $200. Similarly with Bitcoin in 2014. $ROLR This is DEAD MONEY until March 2027, when they report the Full Year. People may get all the info they need at that time to cut and run. It may even be dead AND DWINDLING until May 2027, at which time we will get a look at Q1-27, a full quarter of activity. I can't imagine the stampede to get out, before the roof caves in, should the Supreme Court rule unfavorably. I hope no one has invested more than they can afford to lose. Proceed with caution, this has been filled with disappointments thus far.
