$ROLR @GenoCicero that registration in California is not owned by Crypto .com (CDC). That’s the whole point of the article(s). It was a troll who registered the “Foris DAX, Inc.” business name in California as his own and claiming fraud. Similar to a patent troll that buys up a bunch of vague patents for cheap and targets big companies for violating IP on the littlest resemblances. The allegations and litigation are engineered to extract money from CDC because these guys have nothing better to do with their lives. It’s a malicious attack. What happens on that front doesn’t concern ROLR because their Binding LOI and definitive agreement are specifically with Foris DAX Markets, Inc. (FDMI) Crypto .com | Derivatives North America, which is, by all intents and purposes, a separate legal entity. No 8-K needs to be filed because, despite the exclusivity of the partnership, this is quite literally not their partner thus their problem. There is no securities fraud occurring with ROLR.
