$RLFTF my life and fincial situation would be infinitely better if I never invested in this company or entered the stock market. -160k in the hole. Will never see that amount again. Wish I sold at a manageable loss when I had the chance. We seemed so close to approval of Aviptadil. Still haven't recovered emotionally.

$RLFTF Cash: 12.5m CHF. Impairment test: 30.5m CHF. Sum: 43m CHF. Company's valuation for the merger: 100m CHF. I don't get it. Are they really taking their 50m CHF SSF with GEM into their calculation which will lead to massive dilution of shareholders?

$NRXP Anyone notice how $RLFTF moved up their earnings date to just before $NRXP's? Down 90% and wish I never got in either company. Both tried to profit off COVID with their snake oil and incompetence.
