$RJET I'm surprised it took you all that long to find that info. RJET posted this weeks ago. This is what a fu*(ing loser looks like. I still say RJET is well undervalue. My PT for end 2026 is 60$, it should already be trading at 40$ based on comps. The time to have litigated was before the merger not after the fact, why didn't any of you take up the offers made by the law firms.

$RJET From 8k filed last night: “Net debt amount at closing was $54.2M, it us therefore not probable that escrow shares will be issues to surviving corporation” United takes pretty much all escrow shares, we get nothing. 😢

$RJET Only 6% of the shares are in the float, and the rest are still locked up for 5.5 months. That can make for some erratic price action, as you can see. A couple of trades every hour, not great. But on the flipside, they will get to report twice before the lockup ends on May 25, 2026, and if they execute their plan well there’s going to be a lot of demand for very little shares available.

$RJET $RJET Skywest has 604 planes. Revs 4B. Market cap 4B. Mesa has 310 planes. Revs 2B. Market cap 0.9B. Are we really teading at half the valuation of Skywest? I understand we have 20% less operational efficiency, but 50% valuation discount is ridiculous.

$RJET $RJET From the 13D giling by United , it looks like the final share count in Rjet will be around 45million. So current market cap at $868M . That’s pretty undervalued, I doubt it can go much lower. Will be probably trade between here and $25 before the first numbers as a combined company come back for Q4. If they’re as expected, we should climb snd trade closer to comparables.
