$REFR Epilogue: I think the true driver to be long and why its not like 100 false starts is pricing for SPD film is able to be priced competitively net net to their advantages to PDLC. The brands that are above basic cars and slightly below Ferraris of the world and lower are coming for it. We are not staying low priced much longer. BEST Condition the company has ever been in and the takeover potential has never been more probable than 2026. Good luck to all and lets see JH and Eyal deliver the incredibleness we all know they can starting late Nov - late March for starters.

$REFR Part 3: The time to own more REFR is NOW bcuz the revs are going back up strongly on licensee having hit sales threshold and I believe AITGroup has no sales threshold so we should see Q1 or Q2 royalties there as retrofit sells we get paid. Gauzy is a major disappointment in the new sales area and maybe its time we all push for a second source to apply pressure to them. Eyal is our film provider, a shareholder and a board member and he's not showing his investment the proper amount of respect. IF that doesn't change next FRIDAY its time to voice our demands. Lastly, REFR more than ever is a takeover target and trust me someone is going to acquire a lot of shares and push that narrative IF GAUZ and REFR don't deliver.

$REFR Part 2 : The CEO being keynote and chairman of Auto show Move 18-19 sounds to me like REFR is confident 2026 is going to be the best year ever for the company in Autos and Architecture. I fully agree with this thesis. I researched the Celestiq news and it looks like that came out of left field for them and it was allowed to be announced at CES. Maybe this CES is as BIG or BIGGER ( Escalades and Denali trucks?) I think Q2 could hit 650-750k in revs but the real growth comes in 2H26. 1.0-1.7m per qtr coming from 6-8 car models by Q3-Q4 and 300-500k per qtr from architecture in 2H26. GM has to turn over to REFR on Corvette in 2h26 and Cadillac Celestiq must open the door to other Cadillacs adopting SPD in 2026. I see, 2 Asians using us; 2 europeans and 2 US OEMs in 2026. It's the car business and its the CEO's lack of having many boots on the ground inside and outside his organization in SALES so maybe cut it in half 1:1:1 which still is major forward progress.

$REFR Good insight from large REFR Shareholder posting this in 3 parts Part One: My take differs from my sources however I'll throw some things out there to digest. The CEO put it all on him more than ever this conf call. He decided to leave all the positives and/or potential positives to the very end of the call so NO ONE could take him to task on his rosy observations. I didn't like that UNLESS the CEO will FINALLY deliver on his calls. I believe he has good news brewing, BUT they always take time or fallout. The Hyundai question on the conf call was case in point for the CEO to leave things until the end BUT the CEO needs to know by now its put up or shut up time. Thats on the conf call. I thought the call was a 6.5 and if he has deals behind him its a 9.5/10. The running thoughts, post the recent write up on REFR is will they land higher volume auto models in 2026?!

$REFR Feedback from Orlando Part 2 I was told REFR and Gauz "should" be having orders for this technology and if they don't then its something wrong with the sales approach than the tech. They believe the order flows MUST come from these products as the benefits are clear as day and if not by CES or Builders Expo in 2026 then Eyal and JH should sell REFR or get top sales personal in the related industries. NO BRAINER IS WHAT IM TOLD. They reported back to me what we all believe on the bull team. WE NEED A CADU win before or during CES!!!!!! Why be a keynote speaker unless someone is about to make SPD the technology for their winning models? Adding more shares

$REFR Info from a long who had a person at Glass Build. Part 1 My contact visited Glass Build. They said to me, the Gauzy insulated glass window is an amazing technology and the SPD window "should" be winning hotels, hospitals, corporate atriums, corporate conf rooms,C Suites, large homes amongst other places. The remote control they said was ~1.5 seconds from no tint to tint. The retro fit was made to always be able to replace the window in the future very easily if you wanted darker tint in the future or it was cracked for some reason. Like 2-5 min replacement would be a long time to replace the retrofit window. The company AITG is run by what im told to be a very capable CEO that was optimistic about the product launch. They work with US govt and many municipalities already and could be working on retro fit there. They have access to subcontractors across the nation.

$REFR And lastly. If SPD is so great why has it been trading below 2 for 2 years? Some blame the company for not doing press releases. REFR cannot because the automaker doesn't want it publizied Case in point. Ferrari had an SPD on it SUV Purosangue and REFR could only say in its earnings call that an Italian carmaker had a production auto with an SPD roof. It took 2 years before REFR could mention the Ferrari name. And BTW sales of the optional roof have soared as $GAUZ has mentioned in its conference call. In fact following $GAUZ earning call give us a better look into what is happening with its SPD film and products. GM's Celestiq touted the amazing SPD roof in an article devoted to that feature. GM recently announced it is now standard. https://gmauthority.com/blog/2021/10/cadillac-celestiq-to-feature-glass-roof-with-spd-smartglass-nanotechnology/ So why low stock price. 1. No one has ever heard of SPD 2. No one has ever heard of SPD 3. No one has ever heard of SPD

$REFR Oh yes and here's the kicker REFR LICENSES THE TECHNOLOGY Shorts post BS like-- how can REFR do a large piece of glass…yada. Yada Answer. REFR has NOTHING TO DO with manufacturing, marketing, testing—you name it. That’s all done by companies who are licensed to use SPD. And it includes the top glass companies like Pilkington (who ironically bought my grandfather’s company Libbey Owens Ford) and Ashahi Glass (AGC) who are among the list. REFR spends squat. REFR collects 10-15% of the wholesale product. REFR has no debt and a very, very low burn rate. REFR’s business plan has always been to reward investors by issuing dividends from its profits. Please verify what I told you by looking at financials and listening to the conference call today at 4:30 EST 888-334-5785 You can any and all questions.

$REFR Part 2 It’s all about SPD Retrowal now. Wouldn’t you like to have someone put SPD Retrowal film on a large glass sliding door or window? You would no longer need curtains or shades. SPD absorbs the light and you can adjust your windows from transparent to almost fully black. This is not tint. This is not a dye. This is an amazing nanoparticles that react instantaneously. But you’ll probably have to wait because large buildings will jump on this. No scaffolding needed. No new glass needed. No having to move activity to another part of the building. And most of all the reduction of heat. SPD technology is the ONLY tech that can do this. That’s why $VIEW@ went bankrupt. Saudi gave them 1 Billion and they practically did the installations for free. Still went belly up.

$REFR Key things to look for in today’s CC Part One Report on Glass Build and Gauzy demo of SPD Retrowal. Last CC Neal Goldman asked about architecture. Important because his fund owned over a million shares and his questioning was about retrofit SPD in architecture. His questions can be found on the Seeking Alpha transcript. https://seekingalpha.com/article/4811677-research-frontiers-incorporated-refr-q2-2025-earnings-call-transcript Read the transcript for what follow up to look for.

$REFR Fyi. REFR shorts MO Take advantage of low volume. Hit the bid, then lower the ask. Even if there's a buy at a higher ask. Frustrate long time shareholders Go on message boards and make unfounded claims against REFR. Dump a large amount if shares--- usually 20K to 50K. Lower ask immediately. Played this con successfully for years. Now nervous because its balance of long to short shares They cannot let SP get close to $2. That will change the chart and on the cusp of the earnings call and Glass Build showing new SPD retrowal any positive news can send stock soaring again. But short interest amount on NASDAQ is low. Know why? The hedge fund in mind DOES NOT HAVE TO REPORT SHORT SHARES unless the position is worth 10M or 2% of float. Don't be fooled. Do your own DD.

$REFR The key takeaway from the article is who's in the audience. See excerpt below: innovators to discuss emerging trends in vehicle glazing, including smart glass integration, sustainability, and regulatory developments. “I am honored to chair this year’s conference and to share how SPD-SmartGlass technology continues to redefine how light, comfort, and energy efficiency are managed in vehicles,” said Harary. “With so many industry leaders gathering in Detroit, it’s an exciting time to explore how glazing innovation supports the future of mobility.” The summit brings together executives and engineers from General Motors, Ford, Volkswagen, Stellantis, Lucid Motors, Jaguar Land Rover, Corning, Kuraray, Carlex Glass, Saint-Gobain Sekurit, NSG Pilkington, Fuyao, Guardian Industries, Renault, Webasto and others—representing the entire automotive glazing value chain from OEMs to Tier-1 suppliers and glass innovators.

$REFR Hedge fund overly short in REFR is trying to walk down the price. Reason? Glass Build Expo will feature RetroWal SPD retrofit roof, The almost 1M stock volume on the date of that announcement blindsided the fund. Their MO is to dump on the bid and lower the ask, hoping to affect the chart and curb enthusiasm. The earnings call is November 6. This call will coincide with RetroWal's new website. No one long this stock would sell ahead of this news. Some large investors with 6 figure shares are their target. They need to cover. When stock hit intraday high of 2.70 every single share shorted that was not covered was in the red. Architecture is the holy Grail for smart glass. Buildings don't want PDLC privacy glass on out facing windows. Black SPD is the solution. Blocks heat. Instantly dimmable from transparent all the way to black or anywhere inbetween and it is not a tint. It's the only patented smartglass tech that absorbs light. Don't be fooled by shorts.
