$REEMF one potential near term goal of RER’s manipulation of their stock price is not to own more shares, but to simply washout as many weak holders over the next 6 months or so. Once completed/bottomed on low volume they’ll likely run the same game plan of a massive purchase at open (this time on real news from their demo plant results) to ignite a move past the 52 week high (
$2). This sustained run will give them a better price to then do a share offering to pay for the full scale plant.
They used this last run to clear a runway through retail overhang.
