$SOXX $RACK $DRAM $FOTO Just in case anybody missed this part: "To be clear, pacing does not mean halting model training or technical progress" - Amodei These companies will not slow down behind the scenes. China will not. Donald does not want to. Taiwan and Korea won't. Nobody wants to get left behind. Congress is molasses and Republicans would block anything with teeth, to please Donald. Regulation won't come any time soon. Look how long crypto regulation has taken. Politicians might sign something weak and call it strong while crossing the aisle to pat one another on the back like they did with those gun safety measures after Uvalde when Matthew brought bloody backpacks and shoes to them. That said, I think these guys are overestimating our ability to make something that will kill us all or being down the whole Internet. As with everything, a wall will be hit and progress will move more sideways than up. Kill switches at every level will be placed. I predict scary documentaries next.

$RACK broke 100 followers! LOL. Seriously, it really is the closet thing to "full stack" AI. Check the holdings. Needs more $NCLD $FOTO and $MAKX , then it will be perfect. Could do with higher percentage of semiconductors too. But overall, I think it's the best all-in-one.

$SOXX $RACK It's amazing how fast I went from spending $0 on AI for my work in January to ~$400/mo by August. Claude Pro 20x, GPT Pro 5x and SpaceXAI API pay as you go. Each serves its purpose, mostly for programming but also image manipulation, analysis and now working at training a custom agent to do more "human" work for me. ...I'll just look over its shoulder to make sure it's not going rogue and "attacking infrastructure" as the reporters like to say about the evil, conspiring Open AI agents. Bunch of malarkey, by the way. Humans have total control over AI and agents don't go rogue unless we make them, but that wouldn't be rogue, it'd be illegal wouldn't it, Open AI?

$AIVC vs $RACK as an all-in-one AI long hold ETF. AIVC is stronger on semis, neocloud, photonics (but still weak) and agenic AI (still weak though). AIVC has ZERO energy, cooling and electrification. RACK is stronger on cooling (somewhat weak), energy (probably too heavy) and electrification. RACK has almost zero photonics. Both almost zero physical AI and weak on photonics and agenic AI.
