Company Profile

The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks current income and, secondarily, capital appreciation. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by employing a “LightningSpread" strategy, which is designed to generate daily income that the fund manager intends to distribute twice weekly. The fund’s strategy also seeks to provide long exposure to the price return of the Nasdaq 100 index (the “index”). The fund is non-diversified.

$QLDY simply love this one, been buying on any dips, sp in the green and great divi’s, have to take it in stride and dca to max this out but this has been one of my best divi plays, might sell a few to capture some gains and repurchase on the dips again! Love it, Glta

$ULTY $NVII $ULTI $QLDY $NVDW Rex - Defiance and YieldMax have each eliminated a number of weekly pay ETF's. Current up to date sheet as far as I know right now.

$QLDY almost back to where we started, been one heck of a ride. Fantastic divi payer and in the black on sp(for me and my DCA efforts)…..love this one but it’s not for everybody! Glta

$QLDY divi on the rise, sp on the rise, back up above 47$ and looking good! Got my average way down so will sell soon to take some profits to rebuy again if there are any dips! Love this one, Glta

$QLDY quiet board, thanks to DCA efforts I’m in the black on my average SP, and banking twice a week divi’s! Can not let this sit, like anything in life you have to work it. Not all of these high flyers are the same, stock price does decay but they also dip and rise at times. Take advantage when you can. Glta

$QLDY not getting too much love here, still one of my better performers on the high payers…done a lot of shifting but still liking this one, DCA occasionally and stay on top of it, not advice…. Just my own tactic. Glta!!

$QLDY Expectations are shifting from future promises toward demonstrated capability. Execution pathways should simplify rather than expand in complexity from here. Demonstrating resilience under stress would materially support valuation. The market will respond to evidence, not speculation.
