$QBTQF SuperQ Quantum Computing, ticker QBTQ, is a real Canadian Securities Exchange reporting issuer. It started life as a junior mining company called Atco Mining and then used that public company as a vehicle to buy a private quantum software platform called Super from Staque Computing. The deal terms, share issuance, escrow, and new control group are all spelled out in a long CSE listing statement and MD&A that are filed on SEDAR and the CSE site, and the old mining assets have been fully abandoned.
Control shifted to the Super team. Staque, controlled by chief executive officer Muhammad Khan, owns close to thirty eight percent of the shares and the board is almost entirely new, made up of Staque leadership and a couple of independent directors. The company is now positioned as an early stage quantum and high performance computing software issuer, with no mines left and with normal small cap risks
