$PXED Many of these recent IPO charts look very similar. My guess one of the large hedge funds is using an algorithm shorting IPO's. Citadel always comes to mind but there are other much larger funds.

$STUB $PXED IPO's look to be drying up. Guess investors have had enough. Almost all are either overpriced or overhyped or both leading to a blowoff top on day 1. Many within minutes of opening. Then a freefall. Underwriters, insiders, shortsellers and the exchanges make out like bandits and leave investors searching the yellow pages for the nearest proctologist. $GS $JPM

$PXED keep track of all the hexagrams I got right - I need 88% accuracy rate increase from 80% accuracy. On 50 stock picks that’s 44 right. Just need to beat SPY. @blancoBull Have until December 2026 to tally things up, so 14 more months. I recommend taking profit on all or 1/2 shares after a 100% profit or more prudently, take profit after 25-50%. Anyhow, this stock should be going to 68-88 range. @bsnacks $SPY

$PXED Investing. com - Jefferies initiated coverage on Phoenix Education Partners (NYSE:PXED) with a Buy rating and a $46.00 price target on Monday. This target aligns closely with InvestingPro’s Fair Value assessment, which suggests the education company is currently undervalued at its current price of $36.95. The research firm cited the education company’s attractive valuation of approximately 6.5x EBITDA compared to the peer average of 11x as a key factor in its positive outlook. InvestingPro data confirms this assessment, showing PXED’s current EV/EBITDA at 6.11, with the company’s market cap standing at $1.32 billion. $PXED Man, is this thing cheap! Apollo has every incentive for this name to show strong earnings growth and elevate the stock price for the first of many secondary sales so the fund can return capital to the LPs. All good.

$PXED this company was taken private by Apollo and Vistria back in 2017, for $1.1 billion. No way these two to leave it trading below $1.5 billion for long, or sell it for less than $1.5 billion.

$PXED "Phoenix Education Partners Prices IPO: Deep Discount Versus Peers" By Ariel Socol* "PXED is priced at just 3.7x EV/TTM EBITDA, compared to peer averages of 9-11x, suggesting significant upside potential if re-rated. With no debt, strong margins, and a discounted valuation, PXED offers investors a unique opportunity for share price appreciation, assuming the stock doesn't move fast on its IPO day. Underpricing an IPO to boost demand and encourage new investors to take risks is a familiar concept. You can read about it here and here. What's fascinating about this IPO is the magnitude of the valuation discount. It's been documented that IPOs usually price at a 10-15% discount to incentivize investors to buy. In this case, there is a 50% discount."
