The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in a portfolio of global Electrification companies. The Sub-Adviser seeks to invest the fund’s assets to achieve returns similar to those of the BITA VistaShares Electrification Supercycle Index. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of the fund’s net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in Electrification companies.
