$UPXI I would explain you nature of SCAM on
$UPXI so you could recognize pattern in future and bank hard on stupidity of shorts.
$UPXI did the same trick as delisted bankruptcy
$PIXY before last breath.
$PIXY acquires TurboScales in 150 $ MLN transaction (while got market cap like 3 mln$). It was of course mirror and smoke but : low float + shorts +fomo + snowball effect formed squeeze. Bankruptcy like month later but scammers hit jackpot before.

$UPXI is so easy to understand because if that would be so valuable company turning into gold everything insetad of invested in this 100$ mln they would propose buy out for 300 % premium and it would be gone already.
They didnt. Why? haha
Because this company is BS shorts got fundamental right to belive in delisting thisin future but in case like this it DOES NOT MATTER. With this float and info (EVEN IF ITS BS) and snow ball effect when they saw that info they should cover asap intead they were adding + fomo did the rest.
