$PGVI released q4 financials on their webpage but nothing on OTC. Nothing for q3 anywhere. This means they don't want to pay the 6 grand a year to stay current on the OTC. 🤦‍♂️ https://promithianglobalventures.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/Promithian-Global-Ventures-Inc.-Quarterly-Report-December-2021-Disclosure-Statement-Final.pdf

$PGVI Remember the last time you called a CEO asking for an update on progress. Did they threaten to abandon keeping financials current with the exchange if you didn't give them money for private placement? They might their shit together at some point that's fine. They're a producing mine with properties that will definitely hold their value... but if you don't stay current and you feign the importance of shareholders' confidence, it causes problems for you that will take a long time to recover from. I don't care how much of the stock you own and how low the public float is. Progress is important. Management is important. Let it be a case study.
