$PEMTF I tried calling the company. No luck. Sent an email asking for updated financial status of the company. Here is the first response: On Friday, February 25, 2022, 12:07:18 PM CST, Thoughtful Brands Inc <[email protected]> wrote: "Hello, No updates to provide at this time. Any company news will be disseminated by way of a press release. Thank you, IR team TBI" On February 26, 2022.....Then I said, "OK, can you provide some kind of year end financial report??" They replied: "Hello, All our financial filings can be found on our Sedar Profile. https://www.sedar.com/DisplayCompanyDocuments.do?lang=EN&issuerNo=00044061 Thank you, IR team TBI" "That report is from SEDAR dated Oct. 6, 2021 only says that Chadwick Clelland resigned from the board of directors and the appointment of Mr. Tyler Lewis to the Company’s board of directors effective immediately." So, I cannot see any financial information. Would seem that the company should report something to shareholders!!

$PEMTF OK!! Now I'm confused. this stock stayed in my portfolio with 7,458 shares with $0 value. today, I logged in and it shows a price of $.0001 and my account has a balance of $.74!! Is this just a way to clear our shares?!? or is there actually a VERY LOW sign of life in Thoughtful Brands Inc. (PEMTF) ?!?!?

$PEMTF Hey guys. What is going on with this piece of trash? Still holding a tiny position that is getting tinier with every reverse split. Wanted to sell it for tax reasons cause it's basically worthless at this point and found out that I'm not even able to sell it anymore via my broker. Anyone following this here has an explanation what is going on here?

$PEMTF Thoughtful Brands (TBI:CSE) put their July monthly progress report out on the CSE site on Aug 4th. It details why the suspension happened and states remedies are in place. This should help ease anxious minds, including mine. $CLABD So the 8:1 RS is happening tomorrow! Seems like it's the only way how the management can positively influence the SP (apart from the doubtful payed news with no evidence which they are constantly spamming). SP should slowly decrease until they again counteract this trend with another RS to keep the stock alive. They will repeat this cycle over and over, like they've done it with their other venture $PEMTF . Absolute fraud of a company!
