A significant milestone for our client Orangekloud Technology Inc.

The Company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Orbis Technology Limited, operator of VeVe, a leading mobile-first digital collectibles platform.
Upon closing, Orbis will become a subsidiary of Orangekloud, the combined company will be renamed VeVe Inc., and its shares are expected to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “VEVE.”
The proposed transaction also contemplates a concurrent private placement of
$30 million to
$100 million, supporting the combined company’s next stage of growth and the continued development of Orbis’s digital intellectual property infrastructure and VeVe marketplace.
