$ORIO just a standard annual meeting. Annual means it happens every year. And by the look of the chart it has had a nearly zero effect on the stock price. I believe this is due to the fact that the board is loaded with feller friends and family a bunch of yes men and women. Also markets know the feller twins are full of shit, lying con artist. Again I believe. The past 5 years reflect that in the stock price.
