Someday they will cover the earth but first they must become the Carvana of real estate in the USA. With the drive and brains of this management team can you just imagine the market cap and future share price of OPEN ! $500 to $800 + is not out of the question. Just like this AM when we nailed the green pop ( posted over the weekend) we are posting now OPEN is 100 to 200 X s ! Thank you Kaz and Team for all you do and all the hours you work.

$SFL I took a closer look and have revised the numbers as follows: Active drilling for a 6th-generation semi-submersible in a harsh environment involves a 100+ person crew, complex logistics, and high-spec maintenance. *Drilling $OPEX (Estimated): $150,000 – $180,000 per day. *Crew & Catering: ~$60K – $70K (24/7 specialized labor). *Maintenance & Spares: ~$30K – $40K (Harsh-environment wear and tear). *Shore-base & Logistics: ~$30K (Canada-specific support). *Odfjell Management Fee: ~$20K – $30K ($SFL pays Odfjell to operate the rig). Using the more realistic $170,000/day $OPEX for active drilling I still get a total boost for $SFL of 16 cents per share per quarter.
