$OMQS Lets be clear.. Their PR today claims: "Decrease in Loss from Operations: loss from operations of $6.9 million in 2024 compared to $26.2 million in 2023, representing reduction of $19.3M, a 74% decrease." That is materially misleading since they declared $15M in "Goodwill reduction" in 2023 which is a part of that $26M and thus the reduction in loss is in direct correlation to their reduction in revenue.. That is considered wire fraud! also, two board members resigned in January...

$OMQS This is a black hole for laundering money by CEO Shai Lustgarten and the Nissenson crime family. This entity changes names like socks, acquires companies claiming profitability only to show loss in their end of year Q10 Their board members no longer listed on their website. Even their own friends no longer wish to be associated with this fraudulent entity.. What a bunch of POS! almost forgot, there are two new lawsuits against these A holes... Throw them in prison already

$OMQS As usual, ignoring the fraudulently misleading PR, all one needs to know about these frauds is summed up here: 1- Delisted from Nasdaq in 2024 2- Revenue is down 23% compared to the same period in 2023 3- Accumulated deficit up to $118 Million 4- Debt to one vendor is up to $48 Million Only question here is how they keep the lights on...??!
