$OMAH This thing was off to a poor start at inception but has bounced back nicely in the last 12 months. Slow and steady, just like some of the holdings (KO, KHC). As long as DRIP is locked in place, I trust this one.

$RQI Hit a new low by far today (12.06) since the penny increase on the dividend a few months back. Great, great day to build on this and so many others. $EIM, $OMAH and $NMZ just to name a few. Getting in at 12.06 on $RQI gets you in at 8.955%, that is great for lots of great names in that ETF. I always shoot for 12.13 where that 8.9% starts. Again, great buying day.

$RQI Added to this $OMAH and $NMZ very heavy today as I am gearing towards managed funds instead of single stocks now that I am getting older. Even though $STWD is a single stock, I still believe they have too much good things going on within the next few years and I couldn't resist at today's prices.

$OMAH AUM has doubled since September. Great chance to jump in while it is fairly new. I have to thank the Coreholder for waking me up to this. Added a ton at 18.42 today. Gives me more of a piece of mind being in managed funds instead of individual stocks now that I am older.

$OMAH I love a good sale on a high-quality fund full of shares in blue chip companies. I added 1,200 more shares this morning at $18.41 to make it an even 15,000 shares in my taxable portfolio. Take advantage of the temporary weakness in the shares of the companies OMAH holds, because most of them are all likely to be trading much higher 12 months from now. While waiting for the NAV to rebound back to $19.00 again, keep collecting the 1.25% monthly distribution, with part of each payment tax deferred at the long-term capital gains rate for long-term holders. If you're not making money with this fund, you've either only been invested for a few months, or you're not capitalizing on opportunities to dollar cost average on pullbacks like this week. My total RoI at $18.44 per share is an annualized 10% since first buying shares in late October 2025, and that's without reinvesting a single distribution. This will be back above $19.00 by this time next year even after a market correction
