Five NASDAQ stocks with reverse splits on Thursday. Expect trading to halt at 7:50pm ET tonight and resume at 9:00am Thursday morning. $IMCC 1 for 30. Will reduce outstanding shares from approx 18.12m to approx 604k. $LGVN 1 for 10. Will reduce outstanding Class A shares from approx 30.43m to approx 3.04m. $NVX 1 for 10. Will reduce outstanding ADS from approx 249.44m to approx 24.94m. $WHLR 1 for 4. Will reduce outstanding shares from approx 3.09m to approx 772k. $YMT 1 for 16. The last time the company provided their updated ADS was the May 20-F filing, which reported 6.71m ADS outstanding. However, a 1 for 16 RS would put the outstanding ADS below 500k, which is against NASDAQ rules (minimum 500k publicly tradeable shares). Unable to confirm the post-RS ADS's as a result.

$NVX The US Department of Energy, announced Thursday 20th August that it is awarding $500 million in grants to bolster the battery supply chain in the United States. The program aims to "reduce reliance on foreign sources, bolster national security, and advance American energy dominance. Seems Novonix is uniquely positioned to be a key supplier for the graphite needs for this decision
