$NTWK This is a highly manipulated stock and the owner has long standing history of working with institutions and Market Makers to keep the price down and shake out retail. He wants full control and has no interest to appease shareholders. The only time this stock will go up in earnest is when a sale of the business is announced. Until then, profits get diverted into 501(c)(3) 'Charities' or luxuries for family members and the owner's close relationship with the President of Pakistan is irrelevant to the positive relations US is currently developing with Pakistan as that's not going to help shareholders.
