$NTRP so hard recently? Trying to turn you into hot money in a cash burning company?
An ATM obviously.
And some of them have still not properly disclosed their compensation. this is in violation of SEC rules.
NextTrip filed an ATM offering after-hours today (8/31/26). They can sell up to
$6.5M of stock into the open market whenever they want.
About 15 million shares out now, so thatâs roughly another 4 million shares if they use all of it.
Thatâs on top of the Lind note, which I have been critical of in previous messaging, having already registered about 3.4M more shares for resale.
The tap is now open in two places.
