$NROM Good presentation today at the investor conference. Recently added sales staff with previous c-store experience with "large rolodex" of potential customers. Just sold 14 non-traditional units in the southeast this past week and they expect new unit openings to increase from approximately 60 the past few years to 100 new units in 2027.

$353,000 one time write-offs due to the refinance. Franchising revenues continues to boom, up 11%. Opening 60+ units this year and adding more sales staff to handle additional demand. They expect about a
$1M savings in the next 12 months in interest expense compared to last year. They are steadily increasing the value of the company.
