$FAAS I’m so sad there wasn’t another fake deal announced today. The “Proposed” Paymate deal never closed(we knew it wouldn’t). lol. $400 million “Valuation”. “Proposed” deal. Gotta luv that wording $NOWG deal is in stock that’s not even tradeable A delisted otc stock you can’t trade. lol. These pr’s are worse than Mullens $BINI And Mullens is the shadiest stock on the planet. Guinness is gonna need a whole chapter for the world records it’s setting in reverse splits and dilution and fake deals Is David Michery a board member on $FAAS ? lol. I’m just waiting to see Peizer’s name here somewhere.

$FAAS At least the fake Paymate deal was a little interesting Because Paymate wants to go public It was obviously fake because everything in the pr was Will work out a deal structure “Plan” to close the deal $400 million “Valuation” not dollars Term sheet for “proposed” deal lol. Nothing was real. It was all proposed”. Worst written pr of a fake deal ever. Oooops…. Other than the fake $MILLION $NOWG deal announced yesterday. Paid in stock at .0036 that is delisted from the otc and not tradeable. lol. You can’t make this shit up. The only real catalyst here is an annual report getting filed to stave off delisting

$FAAS Today $FAAS signed a deal with Mullen $BINI To put ai into all of the fake car orders that Mullen says it has coming in Mullens also plans on doing a $BILLION dollar ai deal with $NOWG lol. Ya. That’s how it works. Scam pennies helping scam pennies. Baloney sandwiches all around.

$FAAS All credibility lost With 1 obviously fake as hell PR deal with a delisted otc company $NOWG We don’t even have a market cap over $252,000 But we’re gonna give you $6 million in “delisted otc” class A share stock lol. Can’t trade it. It’s delisted. But, we are doing this deal. lol.

$NOWG The investor presentation mentioned some big name contracts including Walmart. The CEO mentioned a large pending contract with a mining company. This companies AI products are starting to result in increased Q over Q revenue growth. Limited float and small market cap for an AI company. Definitely an interesting one to watch!
