Muni lovers... what do you think about Nuveen's proposed merger of $NQP $NXJ and $NOM into $NMZ ? I like having more funds to choose from but I guess if they can lower costs for investors I shouldn't bee too opposed. I have let $NOM go since there are better valued funds right now but I sure do miss those illiquid swings that minx of a fund would make. Like usual there is not much of a discount in $NMZ right now. If the merger would have the other discounted funds roll in at NAV that would be pretty great... I'm just glad they didn't throw in any retarded state funds into this mix. Nuveen will likely get great support if these funds roll in at NAV so if you are reading this Nuveen please do this!
