It operates in two segments, Customer Engagement; and Financial Crime and Compliance. The Customer Engagement segment provides CXone Mpower platform for organizations to automate service, augment the workforce with AI-powered solutions, and unify enterprise knowledge, data and AI models resolutions, and customer experiences. The Financial Crime and Compliance segment offers embedded-AI solutions that identify risks and help prevent money laundering and fraud, as well as help ensure financial markets compliance in real-time. It also provides NICE Evidencentral, a digital evidence management and investigation platform for criminal justice system. In addition, the company offers NiCE Actimize provides cloud platforms embedded with AI capabilities for real-time and cross-channel fraud prevention, know-your-customer, anti-money laundering, and capital markets compliance; X-Sight, an open AI-cloud platform for Financial Crime and Compliance, enabling financial services organizations; Xceed which provides AI, data intelligence, machine learning, and insights for AML and fraud prevention for small and mid-sized organizations; cloud platforms provide financial services organizations with the agility required to adapt changing regulatory and threat landscapes; data intelligence solutions enable organizations to turn raw data into actionable intelligence to prevent and detect financial crimes; AI and analytics; intelligent investigations solutions; and self-service solutions. The company also develops NiCE Labs, a AI innovation initiatives for customer experience and related solutions. The company was formerly known as NICE-Systems Ltd. and changed its name to NICE Ltd. in June 2016. NICE Ltd. was incorporated in 1986 and is headquartered in Ra'anana, Israel.

$TWLO Short term, AI should be great for $BAND $TWLO $FIVN $NICE $RNG rev growth. Longer term, emerging A2A technology has me concerned. $BAND looks most exposed, $TWLO next, $FIVN has seat risk, $NICE could actually benefit and $RNG looks less vulnerable but not unscathed. Very early analysis. Waiting for actual adoption and traffic data to confirm or disprove the threat. Not jumping to conclusions yet.

$NICE AI voice is becoming real traffic. Vocca now handles 1M+ inbound patient calls/month, 70% end-to-end with no human. Google is testing Gemini calls to personal contacts. More AI answering + calling should mean more voice traffic and more value across the stack. Bullish read-through for $BAND $TWLO $RNG $FIVN $NICE.

$NICE Oppenheimer upgraded NiCE to Outperform from Perform on Wednesday: the call is that the AI-disruption fear on call-center software is flipping into a tailwind. The numbers behind it: record AI bookings last quarter, with nearly every CXone enterprise deal including AI and 75% of Cognigy bookings attached to CXone. AI and self-service ARR hit 362M, up 52% year over year, and AI is now 15% of cloud revenue. The valuation piece: Oppenheimer has the stock at 1.4x estimated 2027 revenue and 8x earnings, more than 50% below its historical median multiples. It values a potential Actimize sale near 2B and says the Cognigy acquisition has more than doubled, leaving the legacy contact-center business priced near 2x EBITDA. RBC raised its target to 145 from 130 last week, same side. Up 5.2% Thursday to 117.04, after Wednesday's 4.2% on the upgrade. The 150 target is about 28% above that. Tracking the AI-booking trajectory into the next print.
