The fund is an actively managed exchange traded fund that attempts to replicate 2 times (200%) daily percentage change of the Underlying Stock by entering into financial instruments such as swaps and options on the Underlying Stock as well as directly purchasing the Underlying Stock. The fund will aim to primarily obtain its notional exposure against the Underlying Stock through swap agreements.

$NBIS $NBIZ $NBIL there is something that wallstreet realized that all retail investors haven’t realized yet about these data center votes are a lose lose for sentiment a) passes - $NBIS has to spend a big amount on capital expenditures while they are already 5x levered on a NEXT 12 MONTHS (so includes expectations)** ebitda basis (leads to over-levering, stock dilution, or slowing down buildout for future projects to take time and collect rev) b) doesn’t pass - people see ai adoption as slowing down, and that the data center NIBMY problem is real. and/or energy will become a bigger bottleneck

$NBIS $NBIL $NBIZ ATTENTION BEARS i have shorts, however you have to take profit when you short. for example NBIZ went up 100% from july 23-29 and then by july 30th that same position was down 10%. its not worth the risk to hold for more than 3 days. don’t get cocky and say that it could always go lower, because this stock still has heavy short interest and can squeeze at any announcement take your 5-10% and get out.
