$MTLMY $MTMCF great update from Walshe and appreciate how he took a few questions. A few highlights. - chlorine permit by TX EPA should be granted in the coming weeks. If not, they have a plan to relocate the equipment to another location in the gator point campus so it’s further away from the neighboring facility which is the key issue - new opportunity has emerged with catalytic converters which are a source of PGMs. Walshe seemed excited about this as there is less pre processing required. They are working on supply/feedstock agreement - agreement with ECT is significant milestone for the company and something they can build upon with ECT and other partners - Nasdaq listing is on track for end of the year and they need two U.S. based board of directors to finalize - revenue expected to begin starting in 2027 and they communicated no current need to raise more money - pre processing finalization will determine how many FJH reactors they need at gator point and in the future

$MTLMY Good quarterly update - "substantially derisked" - and with the stock halted pending commercialization news, I am looking forward to seeing the deal terms by Wednesday. One other item was they are getting closer to the NASDAQ listing for shares. I also am curious if they will eventually redomicile to Texas like $IPX announced today. It would make perfect sense to do.

$MTMCF so … pre rev stocks I buy more of on rumor or news, even if pulled as it is a sign of derisking, typically. Did so today, not interested in waiting to find out if the news is true as these guys are in USG REE scope of January law anyway. If you don’t bite today, imho, you shouldn’t buy stocks like this at all. $MTLMY

$MTLMY https://www.mining.com/greenmet-plans-150m-rare-earth-processing-hub-in-west-virginia/ The news of this investment consortium has been released a bit prematurely. It has since been removed from the GreenMet site. I believe this may be because of ASX disclosure requirements. We have previously seen multi day trading halts when material news is released. This is a very big deal for them if it is confirmed.

$MTLMY $MTMCF This is another example that validates demand for innovative, lower-impact recovery technology in mining waste. While there seems to be competitive overlap in targeting mining tailings between SiTration and FJH, my understanding is that SiTration’s electro-extraction seems optimized for hydrometallurgical-style or liquid/residual streams in active mining whereas FJH is pyro/electrothermal targeting solids. Based on my understanding, FJH is still technically superior when the feed is solid/dry or needs rapid thermal transformation. SiTration may integrate more easily into existing wet mining processes. https://www.recyclingtoday.com/news/sitration-bhp-partner-to-trial-copper-gold-recovery-from-mining-waste-streams/

$MTLMY $MTMCF one would think that the news out of China would have Metallium green on the day. I’m still trying to figure out how this trades, seems more correlated to precious metals and not rare earths? Seems like this is still trading on execution risk and seasonal selling on ASX for tax loss reasons. Once they prove they can scale, the execution risk goes down significantly and hopefully then we can get some financial projections around gross margin so we can estimate some price to earnings multiples. https://www.reuters.com/world/asia-pacific/china-targets-us-rare-earth-other-firms-with-export-controls-2026-06-22/

$MTLMY $MTMCF mtmly returns to a ridiculous spread, sitting it out for now. Mtmcf either a 20 cent stock or a $1.50 stock by mid-fall. Aloy has paid off for me, I think metallium will too.

$MTMCF $MTLMY Been a while. Australia's fuel misery sentiment is our bounty. I'm adding MTLMY at a low level and have an order in next for the 5-dollar range. I doubt the price destruction is confined to Metallium, and it's no doubt bound up in a mix of currency and other factors.

$MTLMY Phase II Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract from the U.S. Department of War (DoW) is materially positive. This is the anticipated follow-on to the successful Phase I completion (April 2026) and represents non-dilutive U.S. government validation and funding for the gallium/germanium recovery pathway. Continued execution should be rewarded. https://investorhub.metalliuminc.com/announcements/7543369

$MTLMY $MTMCF China’s export ban on sulfuric acid comes at a time when the supply of sulfuric acid is already constrained due to the war in the Middle East. China — the world’s largest sulfuric acid producer at over 40% of global output — halted exports effective May 1, 2026, covering acid produced as a byproduct of copper and zinc smelting. Metallium’s Flash Joule Heating technology enables single-step extraction of critical, strategic, and precious metals from electronic waste and mineral concentrates without using smelting or acids. The sulfuric acid shortage is a structural tailwind that reinforces the FJH value proposition and could accelerate customer/partner interest in acid-free processing pathways. https://www.fxstreet.com/analysis/chinese-sulfuric-acid-export-ban-could-exacerbate-physical-silver-shortage-202604131558

$MTMCF $MTLMY only this stock would go -10% on a day where a bill like this is introduced in the TEXAS… the same state MTM will be in. The “Army Organic Industrial Base Mineral Partnerships Act of 2026” bill would allow private companies to partner directly with Army industrial facilities to recover, process, and handle critical minerals using Army-controlled land, infrastructure, waste streams, and byproducts. This is NOT just about mining. The language heavily focuses on: • Processing • Recovery • Recycling • Waste stream extraction The Army can receive: • Cash • Minerals • Processed materials • Equipment • Infrastructure upgrades …and KEEP the proceeds to modernize Army industrial facilities. The bill specifically mentions: • Rare Earths • Lithium • Nickel • Titanium This is another massive signal that the United States government now views critical mineral processing and supply chains as a national security issue.
