$JD compare with $MPNGY and it makes no sense. Jd has half the market cap but 4x the revenue. JD stole a significant part of meituan business already.

$JD ’s thesis hasn’t changed, just the sentimentality. They are still the only eCommerce player with a true moat. They’ve already built out their infrastructure and are now expanding globally and into other markets. $BABA $PDD $MPNGY can’t compete in in China’s eCommerce wars. $BABA has AI and Cloud, they’ll be fine. $PDD is a dollar store. $MPNGY will slowly become GrubHub.

$MPNGY The company announced a $3.X billion bond offering. This is a major sign of financial strength and an aggressive plan to fund its competition with Alibaba, which investors like to see.

$JD If you are diamond hands, you will be rewarded. This company will be bigger than $AMZN. Amazon gets their products from China. JD is in China. Trump tariffs will not impact their business. This is the most asymmetric trade available in today's market, not only in China, but the entire world. JD is poised to be the lifeline of the Belt and Road initiative. They are completely vertically integrated and have positioned themselves to sell to the entire world. $BABA , $PDD , and $MPNGY all have decelerating growth. $JD is the only one of the Big 4 Chinese eCommerce giants that has accelerating growth. They have already won China and are working towards dominating SE Asia, Africa, and Europe. This is peak euphoria, when $MPNGY has a higher market capitalization than $JD. Meituan is basically GrubHub. They have absolutely no MOAT, but investors believe they have more value than $JD . This is madness in the markets!

$JD $BABA $MPNGY So let me get this straight. These very smart C-Suites have decided to race to bottom on food delivery, fighting for share in a country that have zero loyalty for a commodity service such as delivery. Burned cash that could have been used to cancel shares and deliver incredible shareholder value NOW. This shit is so irresponsible. Meituan’s earnings today were shocking to say the least. Down 92% net income QoQ. That shit is CRAZY. JD and BABA literally sterilized their business since they do not have diversified income streams like JD/BABA. Meituan needs to wave the white flag. They cannot pivot or win this. JD and BABA can ride it out as long as they want. Hell JD still had $900M NI in Q2 alone with such a strong ecom performance. JD needs to be buying back hands over fist. Unsure if they will though, just bought into a $1B reit in Singapore. These guys went hyper growth. Liu WAS NOT PLAYING AROUND when he said it was time to kick ass again.

$BABA $JD $MPNGY news are saying CCP is moving very fast in setting new laws on price slashing below profitability. this will put a stop to the food delivery soon. these companies will pump since the money burning will stop.
