$MOB As stated many times before, the lower Mobilicom management allows this to drop, the greater the likelihood that they get bought out. Given Oren specifically cited the acquisition of Silvus by Motorola for $4.4B during the last AMA, I think this is the end goal. That said, not selling. Suspect the buyout is near.

$MOB The irony is, if they had left it as an ADR, shareholders would have only paid 1c per share like in every prior year. So they convert it and that somehow justifies them charging 5 year's worth in one hit. One financial scheme after another here. Happy Hannuka!

$MOB Yep that is it for me. Another annual fee of $8500 while Oren continually spins BS about it all being imminent but it never is. This has been earnings imminent for 10 years. I am going to be selling out my position in coming months. It's a confidence scam and you just pay and pay.
