$SOWG $MNSEF I asked an A.I. a few questions about how much 100,000 shares of MNSEF might be worth once (and if) the shares become SOWG shares. Who knows how much the creditors and others might take. Maybe 99%-100%? 50%% ??? Who knows. But anyway, screenshots seem the way to go...

$MNSEF I asked Duck A.I. what my shares are worth: * I specied my share count, the brokerage I used & my location (country). I also fed the A.I. the link to the proxy form and told it to reference that. It thought for quite a while, and seemed to do a really good job. I estimated that I would get back 30%, but the A.I.'s estimate was more like 40%-45%. It's only as estimate, and who knows what will happen. $MNSEF those documents are confusing. Anyone distill it down to the basics. I mean does it touch on how many distribution shares each shareholder will receive ie a ratio like example 1 for 1 ? I didn’t see it. I can’t math it with out that. The holding period too does that mean us ordinary will be subject to the same 12 and 18 month schedule or did I read that wrong….most likely. Someone please help 😂😂😂

$MNSEF Shares are still stranded. Company provided a theoretical share count of a candy company. And even THAT has not materialized. Pst-tax money I invested. Plus a small fee for every time I averaged down. And dang, I thought Magnis had a70% ownership of iM3NY. And 10% of C4V. Yet, as iM3NY was failing, Magnis was denied even a seat on the board??? When they raised all of the money? Huh? Funny thing. The board on Reddit was disappeared too. Icing on the cake. Yay!

$MNSEF interesting watching SOWG price movement. The ratching up on low volume speaks of manipulation. Esp after its 1:15 split and announcement of change in business with purchasing Nachu. What ever we are Offered as consideration shares it will be paltry. Who will hold there shares SOWG after words?

$MNSEF Just out of curiosity how many of you all got in due to the Stanley Whitingham connection. He was connected on the batteries and the graphite mine due to it purity then throw in he is noble laureate and it seemed like a can’t lose. He is the only that probably really won.
