Company Profile

Ryzon Materials Limited engages in the exploration and development of graphite deposits in Australia and Tanzania. The company holds a 100% interest in the Nachu graphite project located in Ruangwa, south-east Tanzania. It also engages in the lithium-ion battery investment business. The company was formerly known as Magnis Energy Technologies Ltd and changed its name to Ryzon Materials Limited in November 2018. The company was incorporated in 2005 and is based in Sydney, Australia.

$MNSEF my shares suddenly show MNSEF and not just a cusip with random numbers… could this mean they addressed the issue? If they are fixing things, they may be getting their s h i t together? Wishful thinking. But thinking.

$MNSEF Previous shares purchased are illiquid in my E-Trade account, and are displayed as a string of digits. I can not buy or sell these shares, yet I can buy new shares, which do display as "MNSEF". Even with the ASX delisting, this isn't right imo. Ryzon needs to unfreeze/transfer shares as needed before they can sell more. I have written to them, as the shares have been illiquid for a few months. We'll see if I get a response.

$MNSEF still can’t trade my 100,000 shares from 2021 on eTrade. Just looks like random numbers and eTrade says I can forfeit the shares for a tax loss harvest. I will have to do that by Dec 31st if it doesn’t come back. Owe $80K in cap gains from trading ABAT. Good problem to have but I never wanted to let this position go without a return.

$MNSEF are they not legally obligated to report on the OTC. They haven’t listed anything there since 2023.

$MNSEF Somebody with more $ and expertise than us retailers is willing to fund Ryzon: https://www.theglobeandmail.com/investing/markets/stocks/MNSEF/pressreleases/35352207/ryzon-materials-secures-extended-financial-support-with-new-trustee/ I understand why this is priced for bankruptcy but if the mine gets up and running some day we'll be rewarded. Maybe. Depends on how much dilution will be needed. AAM plant plans are possibly not completely dead, but really I'm hanging on in hopes that the U.S. finally values graphite as it should be.

$MNSEF funny watching these minuscule buys trying to turn this. If I wasn’t in deep and Schwab did charge $50 trading fee on foreign otc stocks I would gamble on it with 100’s of thousands of shares purchase.
