The Trump administration is monitoring and pursuing these Chinese scams in the Cayman Islands that drain liquidity from the American financial system and retail investors. That said, just looking at the prolonged account freezes on many brokers and the financial war unleashed with China, it's unlikely they'll allow this type of scam and easy money injection into China to continue at this time
