But this was simply a ticker assignment, not a merger with Minerco. That means: Mayfair Gold did not acquire Minerco, Inc. Mayfair Gold did not assume Minerco’s shareholders Your Minerco shares do not become Mayfair Gold shares The two companies are completely unrelated A ticker symbol is just a label — it does not carry shareholders with it.
