Company Profile

Under normal market circumstances, the fund will maintain at least 80% exposure to financial instruments that provide two times leveraged exposure to the daily performance of MDB. The fund manager will enter into one or more swap agreements with major global financial institutions whereby the fund and the global financial institution will agree to exchange the return (or differentials in rates of return) earned or realized on MDB. The fund is non-diversified.

The Board of Trustees approved a Plan of Liquidation, with April 20, 2026, serving as the final day of trading on the Cboe BZX Exchange and the last day for creations/redemptions. The fund will officially liquidate on or about April 27, 2026.
