$NQ_F 18,000 to 19,400 level is good for quick scalping but not as ideal for little longer swing trades. Below 18,000 is definite accumulate-more zone, and above 19,400 also presents bullish reversal and I may add more contracts there as well. For me, the biggest and most reliable profitable trades always occurred with major market crashes. I usually accumulate modestly in 10-20% area but gradually accumulate more aggressively as market falls past -20%. In many tech crashes, -25% to -35% have been a sweet reversal spots for Nasdaq. Just be sure to leave plenty of cash to average down just in case crash goes further than -35%. This crash reached -28% and hopefully we’ve seen the bottom but I’m cool if lower bottom is revisited as I still have 60% cash. $SPY $TQQQ $SPYU $MAGX

$NQ_F $QQQ Nasdaq is -27% now and it’s aiming at -30%, which looks doable. I’ve slowed micro future accumulation temporarily and will resume if it drops below -30% level. Many technical indicators are flashing “oversold” but I’ve seen market fall more in that condition followed by vicious V-shaped rebound off the bottom, which we don’t have clarity right now. I’m all for retail traders to make no money on either side of the trade vs institutions making money off of us. For longs, try to preserve descent amount of cash and if you want to average down, do it incrementally gradually. Don’t talk yourself into knowing the (unknown) bottom. For shorts, I think riding it down to at least -30% seems reasonably good risk/reward, but keep in mind the first rebound off the bottom is usually viciously fast and big so plan out your exit strategy ahead of time. $TQQQ $BULZ $MAGX

$QQQ So last August correction took 17 trading days to drop -17%. This time, it took 33 trading days to drop -21.5%. Though the speed of drop seem fast, the last drop fell at faster speed. Of course, nearly 1/2 the drop this time came just in 7 days. In any any every time RSI dipped to oversold territory, market had a big bounce, and we are in oversold RSI now. Expecting some relief rally...may be next week? $TQQQ $FNGU $MAGX $SOXL

$MAGS has a short history, but it's fun to know where Mega 7 is. This is the first time since its launch that it has closed below the W-EMA60 line. I don't plan to buy right now as my cash budget is limited, but I plan to buy $MAGS and $MAGX when it approaches M-EMA20/453 based on QQQ. I will buy MAGS in my long-term portfolio account and invest in MAGX for scalping purposes. The depth of the decline is unpredictable, but when it bounces back, Mega 7 is the first to bounce back like a spring. This has been proven over the years. I don't trade like I used to, but in the past, whenever I invested in obscure companies and suffered big losses, I recovered my losses several times with $FNGA(FNGU) $SOXL. Anyway, I can have infinite trust in Mega7 because it is a company that never betrays us.

I'm not yet bearish on $SPY $QQQ. I am bullish on the market as long as $MAGS doesn't go below 45.67. I will start buying again at $MAGX 33.16. Since I only bought/sold once, the data has not yet accumulated in my head. So until the data accumulates, I trade lightly. I am only investing for observation purposes to see how the Mega 7 moves.

For me, today says sell. $YINN So just freed up around 10k by selling a bunch of CN equities with sizable gains. Bought the dip here (think small though). Sold some some American equities as well. The cash will get diversified (several fidelity buckets with non-leveraged bond/metals/international market aka $ACWX/dividends, broad total stock market return stuff, like 7 portfolios total). Definitely need to keep a ton of cash on hand and tucked away to buy dips. Still holding some leveraged positions. All of the $SPYU is still held (representing a lot of my leverage). A new 1% position in $MAGX this morning. But also new short positions like a permanent $SOXS position that is weighted 1/2 against SOXL (need some motivation for my permanent SOXL position, yes just think of me as crazy). Standard 3% of long vol of course. If the SOXS wins, I'll take the capital and buy in permanently with more SOXL with it. For now this should tide me over for a few weeks.

$SPY $QQQ comps are going to be more challenging for all the MAG 7 moving forward. The shear size of their revenues and the numbers they have to generate to justify their lofty forward earnings and what they've been able to achieve numbers wise is pretty incredible. We all know why. Global pandemic bazookas with $$$ being transfered through the system. This is where it all goes. Like a giant funnel. $MSFT $META $MAGX
