$LODE On the mining asset sale, every deal that CDG does is very convoluted. My small brain can’t decipher all the financial instruments involved. Was it a good deal? The initial market reaction is tepid at best.

$LODE It looks to me we are now a one trick pony and that trick (panels) is potentially very profitable. I’m glad we spun off Biolium (aka GenMat) and hope we don’t shift any money that way.

Yes, he alone may get you a bump, better get out when he does. Check for yourself, his shares are “Indirect” purchases. He may help push good things…agreed, skin in game.

$LODE Can’t wait for the mining asset sales to really lift-up Green Li-Ion and GenMat. Wait🧐 Don’t worry guys, the conservative guidance will really sort itself out on recycling margins and feedstock (and start up and tonnage for 26’)

$LODE they are six months behind projected startup on a copycat recycling facility, and years behind SAF, if it ever takes off, my guess is, it won’t… Just the truth, do you guys even listen to yourselves or compare your comments to facts? They just attained six months worth of cash, if closing becomes official on the mining deal, it’s not done,… The real wildcard here, is true margins out of the solar panel facility whenever they get it going….cant wait. Back to $2.65 now with you. Hope your longs took profits.

$LODE I have been thinking about the mining transaction being finalized earlier than guided. I think it's likely that the new board members connected to the hedge funds have pushed Corrado and Judd to guide more conservatively. Steven Pei has made large insider purchases, and the hedge funds are not prevented from buying more shares either. Through their board representation, they have a much better view how the business is progressing. If the company guides conservatively, the market remains cautious longer, allowing them to accumulate shares at lower prices, while internally it's being derisked and the thesis continues to develop. This company is unique in that there are lot's of value accruing projects that can be tracked well internally but not externally. Remember, they are just opportunists themselves as well. That makes the recent guidance around the SSOF transaction and facility ramp-up more interesting. The timeline may be more conservative than it looks.

$LODE On the mining asset sale, every deal that CDG does is very convoluted. My small brain can’t decipher all the financial instruments involved. Was it a good deal? The initial market reaction is tepid at best.

$LODE It looks to me we are now a one trick pony and that trick (panels) is potentially very profitable. I’m glad we spun off Biolium (aka GenMat) and hope we don’t shift any money that way.

$LODE Pei is not an insider, he is an activist investor, brought on to the board (independent?🧐) after his personal firm already owned 6-figure share counts. Yes, he alone may get you a bump, better get out when he does. Check for yourself, his shares are “Indirect” purchases. He may help push good things…agreed, skin in game.

$LODE they are six months behind projected startup on a copycat recycling facility, and years behind SAF, if it ever takes off, my guess is, it won’t… Just the truth, do you guys even listen to yourselves or compare your comments to facts? They just attained six months worth of cash, if closing becomes official on the mining deal, it’s not done,… The real wildcard here, is true margins out of the solar panel facility whenever they get it going….cant wait. Back to $2.65 now with you. Hope your longs took profits.

$LODE I have been thinking about the mining transaction being finalized earlier than guided. I think it's likely that the new board members connected to the hedge funds have pushed Corrado and Judd to guide more conservatively. Steven Pei has made large insider purchases, and the hedge funds are not prevented from buying more shares either. Through their board representation, they have a much better view how the business is progressing. If the company guides conservatively, the market remains cautious longer, allowing them to accumulate shares at lower prices, while internally it's being derisked and the thesis continues to develop. This company is unique in that there are lot's of value accruing projects that can be tracked well internally but not externally. Remember, they are just opportunists themselves as well. That makes the recent guidance around the SSOF transaction and facility ramp-up more interesting. The timeline may be more conservative than it looks.

$LODE So mining is gone. Now Judd can allocate more time to the other businesses. If Corrado has SSOF, Judd can help firm up metals financial plan and dig into Bioleum.

$LODE so the mining is finally sold. The measured and indicated figures thrown around in past by many here and what it translated to result in Comstock happy to sell it all for 20m cash now. 2.3% equity of mining company and more money downstream For those that had priced mining as a zero this is a big win to get some cash in and more focus now on things than can grow. When SSoF is finally finished it will be a happy day regardless of what money comes from. Even if it’s 200m it’s not clear it was worth it and it’s likely to be a deal like today. Some cash some property. We just need recycling to be as good as it is presented in slide or somewhere in ball park

$LODE either market makers or a institution did not want to see LODE cross over $5 just yet Algorithm runing the day /after hours 4 separate buys only to bring it down by few shares . They know that 4:50 mark will scare new peps and give hope to cockroaches : As for shorts shares is pretty much same data on all public sites . Which has increased by 500k shares since Friday . Anyways had my fun today till Friday

$LODE For plant 2: 1. Will wait to get the permit. 2. Order Equipment, requires 50% down. Wait 6+ months for delivery, seems ovens take longest. 3. Start paying remaining 50% plus install costs. 4. Get operational. Seems cash demand isn’t immediate for plant 2. With Plant one hitting full capacity middle of 2027 per Judd. Might not require very much cash prior to plant 1 becoming profitable or at least cash flow positive.

$LODE as @Aether7000 sagely noted below "smoking out the gold bugs is a good thing" illustrates just how many "investors": 1. Have zero idea what they passively invested in; 2. Actually, 2 is the same as 1 - I mean it's laughable - how did you get the PR that the mining asset sold yet somehow missed all the other updates on the biz model??? Guess we just need that periodic reminder that there are folks in here who have absolutely no fucking idea what is, has been and is continuing to happen - It's like they inherited "Muh mining stock" from their Aunt Tilly....fucking eh....boggles me, but added so let's see what rest of week gives us. People are funny.

$LODE smoking out the gold bugs is a good thing. The market is experiencing yuck today for a lot of reasons, too. Anthropic and their Fable drama, AI sector holding their breath about a clear path to governance detente, Iran whiplash, midterm chaos reset, summer stretch - advising everybody to chill out. Step back and see the big picture. LODE is now ridiculously well-positioned. Good riddance to negative Nellies, misaligned money, and uninformed pumpers. Time for informed, serious grownups - executing and accelerating. A little over five years ago, I sat with a very small group of people, and we imagined what could be: of getting to this moment, this exact moment today. I could not be prouder or more bullish.

$LODE I'm really stoked on the fact that we're more than the average volume, we only dropped 3.88%, and our people are picking up the stock so it's all changing hands, could be we have some of the short stock in our hands and it may make it more difficult for the last ones to get out, cuz the ones that brought them in generally have already left by now. Comstock strong.

$LODE hammer time?! Perhaps the board wants CDG to start under promising and over delivering (timeline on the mining sale) Lots going on over the next couple of weeks. Inclusion in the Russell 3000 and site one opening up! Just imagine if silver starts reversing and hits a new all time high later this year!!

$LODE apparently the tutes took most of the shares already, and that pesky pei, but they can’t take em all! I did some investigating and I believe the tradable float could be as low as 4m shares. Maybe lower! Mm’s and whatnot can still dump some of theirs but one day soon they will have to buy them back. P.s. I’m saving a little bit for tomorrow if the algos push it down with a bad macro news wave. But it will be very temporary for us so no biggie!
