The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes (if any), in the securities of the underlying index. The underlying index, as presently constituted, is designed to track the performance of U.S. listed and domiciled companies involved in the upstream and midstream activities of the Natural Gas and Natural Gas Liquids (“NGL”) value-chain. It is non-diversified.
